Delete your Dacuvi account

You can delete your Dacuvi account and its data yourself at any time, in the app or on the web — no request needed.

How to delete

Open Dacuvi (the Android app or dacuvi.com) on a device where you're signed in.
Go to Profile → “Delete account”.
Tap “Delete account”, enter your PIN (if your account has one) and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted immediately; all other devices are signed out.

Data that is deleted

Your username, PIN, recovery code and display name.
Every trip you created: itinerary, pasted links, notes, stay, and the votes and comments inside it.
Your votes, likes, comments and memberships on other people's trips.
Your place reviews, visit history, preferences and notifications.
Data stored in the browser of the device you deleted from (saved places, guest name).

Data that is kept

Public place information in the shared catalogue (venue names, addresses…) — not linked to you.
Anonymous usage metrics and technical error logs — they contain no username or PIN and expire under the analytics tools' retention periods.
An empty account record with no identifying information, so old sign-in sessions can't be reused.
